Product Support Specialist

Technical support to Prophet clients. 

Areas of responsibility

  • Technical support via our online logging system or telephone.

  • Must be able to understand clients’ business operations and how they can best use Prophet software.

  • Interpret client needs, plus configure and support the software solutions to an agreed pre-defined blueprint.


Desired Skills & Experiences


  • One year+ tertiary IT qualification

  • Experience of software support

  • Excellent technical skills

  • Strong technology inclination

  • Knowledge of the perishable food supply chain


  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Possess a flexible and positive ‘can-do’ approach to work

  • Resilient and flexible.

  • Good planning and organising skills.

  • Having and maintaining a clean driver’s license.
