Product Support Specialist
Technical support to Prophet clients.
Areas of responsibility
Technical support via our online logging system or telephone.
Must be able to understand clients’ business operations and how they can best use Prophet software.
Interpret client needs, plus configure and support the software solutions to an agreed pre-defined blueprint.

One year+ tertiary IT qualification
Experience of software support
Excellent technical skills
Strong technology inclination
Knowledge of the perishable food supply chain
Excellent written communication skills
Possess a flexible and positive ‘can-do’ approach to work
Resilient and flexible.
Good planning and organising skills.
Having and maintaining a clean driver’s license.
