Shannon Fauconnier

Project, Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Shannon began her career with Prophet South Africa in 2014 as an Executive Assistant. After relocating to the US in 2018, she continued her career with Prophet North America, moving into project coordination in 2022 and expanding her role across project delivery, business operations and marketing.

Today, Shannon works across multiple areas of the business, coordinating customer projects, supporting project planning, financial tracking and reporting, and working closely with management, operational and sales teams.

Alongside her project and operational responsibilities, Shannon plays an active role in Prophet North America's marketing initiatives, coordinating digital campaigns, content, events, customer communications and brand activity.

With experience spanning executive support, project coordination, operations and marketing, Shannon brings a broad understanding of the business and helps connect teams, priorities and initiatives across Prophet North America.

Before joining Prophet, Shannon worked as a Personal Assistant at a litigation firm in South Africa and later as an Assessment Officer within the asylum team in north-west London.
