Customer Support Manager

Nadeem grew up working alongside his family, running a retail store during his teenage years where he was responsible for a number of tasks; including finance management  and banking, stock control and order management.

The store, located in inner city Birmingham, has served the community for over 25 years and was to shape his career prospects. Nadeem soon became accustomed to the demands of customers who wanted instant solutions specific to their needs. The store also developed an online presence under the guidance of Nadeem.

He studied at a local college and then went to study for BSc (Hons) in Computing at the University of Wolverhampton. It was here he gained his technical skills including analysing business processes, SQL and programming.

 Nadeem was recruited by Prophet Plc as a Customer Support Analyst in 2009 and has since progressed to be a Customer Support Manager; managing a team supporting over 70 companies. He has worked on a number of projects alongside the technical and development teams, ensuring the clients involved received the highest quality IT support.
