Celebrating Connection, Growth, and the Joy of Fresh: Caroline at the Women’s Fresh Perspectives Conference

From April 6th to 8th, our team member Caroline had the opportunity to attend the Women’s Fresh Perspectives Conference in beautiful San Diego — a gathering dedicated to empowering women across the fresh produce industry.

Set against a backdrop of collaboration and inspiration, the conference brought together women at every stage of their careers — from emerging leaders to seasoned executives — all united by a shared goal: to grow, connect, and lead with purpose.

Throughout the three days, Caroline immersed herself in a thoughtfully curated program of keynote sessions, panel discussions, and networking events. Each moment reflected the conference’s central theme — “Empowered women empower women” — creating a space where stories were shared openly, challenges were addressed honestly, and successes were celebrated collectively.

From discussions on leadership and personal growth to conversations about navigating change within the industry, the experience was both energizing and deeply meaningful. Many of these conversations echoed the challenges we see across the industry — particularly around visibility, alignment, and decision-making in fast-moving environments. Caroline walked away not only with valuable insights, but also with a renewed sense of confidence and clarity in her own professional journey.
