Prophet UK welcomes Wendy Mitchell

Wendy has an interest in databases and how things link together. Wendy started her career as a QA Tester, before moving on to being a SQL Server Database Administrator.

As well as being a self-confessed techy nerd, she is also currently studying for a degree in English Language and Literature at Open University. She has recently been nominated by her tutor for an award for being a Buddy/Mentor/Ambassador to her fellow students.

Wendy joins us from Cancer Research and she played a part in the Health and Disability network to help shape the EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity) strategy for the charity.

Her interests outside of work are cars, sci-fi, art, collecting handmade teddy bears and anything wolf-related.

She doesn’t have any particular saying other than a quote from Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure; 'Be excellent to each other'.
