Two Days. 21 Sessions. One Incredible Prophet Community.
Prophet UK User Group Conference 2026 | London, October 1–2
What happens when you bring together Prophet customers, industry experts and our team from across the globe for two days?
Great conversations, fresh ideas, exciting innovations and a shared vision for the future of produce technology.
On October 1–2, we welcomed customers and colleagues to Euston Square, London, for our 2026 Prophet UK User Group Conference. With attendees traveling from across the UK, the United States and South Africa, it was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect, exchange ideas and explore what's next for Prophet ERP.
And with 21 sessions across two packed days, there was plenty to talk about!
Exploring What's Next for Prophet
From the continued evolution of Pr4 to the growing possibilities of artificial intelligence, this year's agenda brought together the technology, developments and practical insights shaping the future of Prophet.
Pr4, the Port and Workspaces
We explored the latest developments in Pr4, including Workspaces, the Port and the journey from Pr3. Sessions offered a closer look at how the platform continues to evolve and what these changes mean for customers.
CAPs, Customization and Development
Attendees took a deeper dive into CAP architecture, building CAPs within Workspaces, the graphical editor and applications developed using CAPs. We also covered installers, builds, changesets and CAP regression testing.
AI in Action
Artificial intelligence was a major theme throughout the conference.
From AI AP Matching and AI Ordering to the work being developed by our in-house team, we explored how AI is creating new opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort and help produce businesses work smarter.
And perhaps most excitingly, we looked at where these innovations could take us next.
Security, Performance and the Cloud
We discussed our security roadmap, including progress toward the ISO security standard, alongside performance, Azure, cloud platforming and the new Prophet Data Service.
Additional sessions covered Pr4 messaging and managing support modification logs, giving attendees valuable insight into the ongoing development and support of the platform.
More Than Just Technology
Of course, a great User Group Conference isn't just about what's happening on the screen.
It's about the people in the room.
One of the most rewarding parts of the event was seeing customers and colleagues from different countries come together, share experiences, ask questions and exchange ideas.
These conversations are an important part of how Prophet continues to grow. Hearing directly from the businesses using our software every day helps us better understand their challenges, priorities and opportunities.
And there's something special about bringing everyone together face-to-face.
Good Food, Great Company and a Little Friendly Competition!
After a busy first day, we swapped presentations for a wonderful Thursday evening dinner.
It was the perfect opportunity to relax, catch up with familiar faces and get to know new ones.
And because no Prophet gathering should be all work and no play, we rounded off the evening with a quiz!
A little friendly competition, plenty of laughter and great company made for a memorable evening.
Looking Ahead, Together
As the conference came to a close, one thing was clear: the future of Prophet is about more than technology. It's about the people and businesses we build it for.
The discussions, ideas and feedback shared throughout the two days are what make these events so valuable.
We're incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to attend, particularly those who traveled internationally to join us. Thank you for your enthusiasm, participation, questions and continued support.
A special thank you also goes to our presenters and the wider Prophet team for helping make the event possible.
Two days. 21 sessions. Countless conversations. And plenty to look forward to.
Until next time, thank you for being part of the Prophet community.
