We are looking for a Support Analyst to provide support and more.
List of duties include but are not limited to:
Liaise with end-users to gather the information required to support the problem or query being reported.
Good diagnostic and analysis skills are essential to resolve the kinds of questions you would be handling.
A methodical and logical approach will make the difference between success and failure. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional and customer focused approach at all times.
Job specifications, Standards and Requirements:
Ideally you will be an excellent communicator with a proven support background and have had some exposure to ERP systems.
We would expect you to have some experience of SQL queries and a simple knowledge of any programming language will be an advantage as is the need to work logically.
Also important is the need to be proactive and dynamic with the ability to deliver results in a fast paced pressurized environment.
